Prey

The lion named Shera was counted among the most skilled and ferocious predators of the forest.  With his team, he did not know how many buffaloes, deer and other animals were hunted.Gradually he began to boast of his ability.  One day he told his colleagues…

      "From today on, whatever will be hunted, I will eat it first… only then will one of you touch him."Everyone was surprised to hear such things from Shera's mouth… Then an elderly lion asked, “Hey… what happened to you all of a sudden… Why are you talking like this ..?”,

  Shera said, "I am not talking like this ... I am the biggest contributor to all the victims ... I am able to hunt so much on the strength of my strength;  Therefore, the first right on the hunt is mine… ”

  The next day, a meeting was called.

  Experienced lions explained to Shera, "Look Shera, we believe that you are a skilled hunter, but it is also true that the rest of the people also contribute to the hunt according to their own ability, so we cannot agree that hunting  But the first right is yours… We all hunt together and we have to eat it together… ”Shera did not like this, in her own pride, she said, "Never mind, from today I will hunt alone… and you all together will hunt yourselves ..

        "And saying this, Shera got up from the assembly and left.After some time, when Shera got hungry, she thought of hunting, she roared towards a herd of buffaloes, but what did the buffalo who shuddered to see her tremble at her arrival today?  Having chased him away.

  Shera thought, "Never mind, I hunt deer, and he moved towards the deer, but how far he alone could surround these agile deer, even the deer did not come to his hand.

          "Now Shera realized that despite having so much strength, she could not hunt a single person without getting the support of the party.  He started to regret it, now that he understood the importance of teamwork, he reached out to the rest of the lions disappointed and apologized for his behavior and once again the forest started trembling with his roar.

        Friends, whether you are in sports, working in corporate world, or doing a business;  It is very important to understand the importance of team work.  Every member of the team is important and plays a small role in achieving any goal.  Naturally, not all fingers are equal, so in a team too, a member has more or less role.

          But if those who contribute big, think that whatever is there is due to them, then it will be wrong.  Therefore instead of boasting of any kind, we should work as a team player, giving importance to all.Another important message in this story is to apologize when you realize a mistake.  When Shera realized her mistake, she apologized and once again her credibility returned.  If you ever make any mistake then do not make it an Ego problem and bring life back on track by apologizing.
